Chakra Course

This is a 7 month intensive course, best done in a class situation, however, it may be done successfully by correspondence if one is sufficiently committed. Each month, one chakra will be covered; there will be exercises and meditations. Course supplies include a videotapel, book with the lessons, and tapes with guided meditations for each chakra.
